Group one will commence their retreat experience from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM on August 18th, while group two will start at 5:30 PM on the same day. The retreat will be held at 648 Black Diamond Mine Rd, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601.

 

What To Expect

For your comfort and enjoyment, we recommend bringing the following items:

  • Yoga pants and comfortable clothing for movement sessions

  • Close-toed shoes for outdoor activities

  • Yoga mat for your practice

  • Water bottle to stay hydrated

  • Journal for self-reflection and personal insights

  • Your favorite Blanket

  • Anything that makes you feel comfortable

Over my 25 years of experience, I came to understand that pain & symptoms often originate from something deeper within the mind & body. That's why I've devoted myself to exploring the powerful connection between the two.


Stress is the leading cause of illness and dis-ease. Our emotional & mental states have a significant impact on our physical well-being & the body remembers what the mind can not.

After years of struggling I learned, how to change everything. My approach is focused on addressing the root causes of pain & suffering, allowing you to move pain rather than repressing it.

I was so frustrated after spending years researching, trying countless alternative medicines, & not finding long term relief. So once I figured it out I created a place that people can come to reset!
